- 100g butter
- 200g white chocolate
- 250g double chocolate digestives
- 300g cream cheese
- A little bit of milk chocolate to grate over the top
Method
Melt the butter in a pan and smash up the biscuits with a rolling pin. Pour the biscuits into the pan with the butter and stir around so it is all coated. Now spoon the biscuit into some jars and press down (compact it) with your fingers/back of a spoon if you can.
Melt the chocolate over some boiling water (a bain marie!). Pop the cream cheese in a bowl and add the melted chocolate. Whisk up until it's all nicely combined then spoon it into the jars. Try and spread it evenly over the base then cover with lids/cling film and bung in the fridge for a couple of hours.
When you want to eat it, grate some chocolate over the top!
Boom. Done.
