Here goes...
1. WATER - don't look at it. Drink it. Before you go to sleep. When you wake up. All the time. #BeMoreSea.
Went to Liv's last night and things escalated. It was a really lovely evening and great to see everyone but I must say that I did wake up feeling a tad tender. So I thought it was high time I do a post about surviving hangovers. There is no silver bullet but these are my hangover cures. Or at least the way I deal with them. Here goes... 1. WATER - don't look at it. Drink it. Before you go to sleep. When you wake up. All the time. #BeMoreSea. 2. TOAST - if you can. Use butter if having peanut butter. It's life enhancing. And decadent. 3. BACON - in a sarnie. Like this one. Just yes. You'll love it. 4. TEA - it's wet. Like water. So that's good. 5. COFFEE - apparently not so wet and so lots of people say naaaah to coffee. I don't. I think it's great. So try that. 6. SLEEP - this is pretty key. Waking up early is not an option at the best of times. Roll over. Close those eyes. Snore merrily. Truffle is good at this. 7. BANANAS - love a good banana. Maybe push the boat out and have it with some weetabix. Bold. 8. FOOD - in general, before you get going. Just line the stomach, as they say. Soaks stuff up. Nothing like being at home for that full-fridge-feeling. And that's about it. You'll be feeling chirpy in no time. Just like Skye here.
