- 4 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 50g cheddar
- 2 rashers bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 avocado, diced
- Salt and pepper
- Ready rol shortcrust pastry
Method
Pop the pastry in a dish.
Get the bacon frying in a little oil/butter.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and beat up with a fork until it's all pale in colour. Grate in the cheese and add the avocado. Stir it all up. Add a good pinch of salt and pepper.
The bacon should be done by now. Cut the garlic into small bits and add in for about a minute on the heat to give it a garlic-y tinge. Take the bacon off the heat and cut into small pieces. Pop it in with the egg mix. Pour that over the pastry and cook for 25-30 mins at 180. It should come out firm to the touch and if you stab it with a knife then it should come out clean.
