The brownies are nice and gooey, which is how I like them.
- 115g chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 175g butter
- 4 tablespoons plain flour
- Teaspoon of baking powder
- 340g caster sugar (12 tablespoons!)
Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a Bain Marie and pour into a separate mixing bowl.
Let it cool before cutting up and passing round.
