- 110g butter
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 225g self raising flour
- 40g chocolate - either chips or just break up a bar
- Bonus: 1 pudding spoon of Chocolate Spread
Method
Whisk up the butter, sugar and banana. Now add the eggs and flour (and chocolate spread if you feel like it).
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Half fill a jar, or cupcake/muffin holders and cook for 25 minutes at 150 degrees - not too high as the jar might break in the heat!
Very nice. Check to see if cooked by inserting a toothpick into one of the cakes and if it comes out clean it is done.
