- 150g oats
- 100g butter
- 1 pudding spoon golden syrup
- 25g brown sugar
- 30g sultanas
Method
Melt the butter in a pan. Take off the heat and add in the oats and syrup. Stir until all well coated. Add in the sugar and the sultanas.
Pour the mix into a lined baking tin. Spread evenly and compact with the back of a spoon.
Cook at 180 for 10-12. It should be. Lovely golden brown on top. Leave to cool before removing from the tin - it'll harden up.
Eat!
