- 2 pudding spoons caster sugar
- 2 pudding spoons self raising flour
- 1 egg
- A slug of double cream (run out of butter)
- Some jam - your favourite
Method
Mix everything up together apart from the jam. After you have mixed it in your cup, pop a little jam on top and blitz in the microwave for about a minute. Take out, add more jam and dust with icing sugar if you have it. Or even make some icing with a little butter and icing sugar....!
