- 30g coffee grounds
- Water
- Filter paper
Method
Bung the coffee in a vessel. Pour cold water over it. Cover with cling film and pop in the fridge for 12 hours or so. Filter with filter paper in a funnel (if you don't have a funnel you'll need to do it super slowly otherwise the paper will tear when you pour the water in. To be honest I wouldn't do it without a funnel because it would take sooo long without it and I'm impatient.
Pop it back in the fridge and drink cold. I like it black but you can add water or milk to it.
It's nowhere near as bitter as normal iced coffee. I really quite like it.
