- 2 tbs soft butter
- 1 tbs hot chocolate powder
- 1 medium egg
- 3 tbs caster sugar
- 2 tbs self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tbs mini marshmallows
- 2 tbs raisins
- About 4 roughly broken chocolate digestive biscuits
Method
Melt the butter in the microwave (about 30 seconds).
Stir in the hot chocolate powder with a fork until smooth. Add the egg and sugar and beat with the fork.
Now pop the flour and salt in and mix up.
This is now the fun bit: add the marshmallows, raisins (if you like them) and biscuit. Fold it all in.
Blitz in the microwave for about 2 minutes. When you open the door the cake should not sink too quickly. Check to see if it is cooked by sticking a knife down the side and seeing how done it is.
