Simple Summer Frozen Yoghurt

9/5/2016

Comments

This is nice and refreshing. I put a little bit of honey in it to just make it a little less tart. Give it a go!
Simple Summer Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients
  • Natural yoghurt, about 250g
  • 2 pudding spoons clear honey
  • Frozen fruit

Method

Freeze your yog and fruit. Take it out about half an hour before you want to eat to let it soften up a bit.

Chuck in blender. Stab with a knife to break it up - an ordinary knife is better than a sharp one as they tend to be a bit more solid and less susceptible to bending! Top with a spoonful of honey.

Blend. You'll need to stick your knife in and poke the yoghurt down a bit so it blends. This takes about 5 mins.

You want it mostly blended but not totally smooth otherwise it melts really quickly and turns wet.

Bung in a ramekin or bowl. Chuck some fruit on top. Add one more spoonful of honey.

Eat!
