- Half a mug of sugar (not a sports direct one, they're enormous!)
- 150g butter, slightly soft (do a cheeky microwave if necessary)
- 1 egg
- 1 and 2/3 mugs of self raising flour
- Cinnamon
Method
Whisk the butter and sugar together. Add the egg. Whisk. Add the flour. Whisk. It will be a very thick dough.
Mix up some sugar and cinnamon on a plate and then roll the mix into balls in it.
Pop on a baking tray (with baking paper) and cook for about 12-15 minutes at 170 degrees.
