- Large mug of rice
- 1 onion
- Huge knob of butter
- 400g spam (in a tin), diced
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Pinch of oregano
- Loads of cheese
- Parsley
Method
Finely dice the onion and fry it in a huge knob of butter (think unhealthy amounts, then double it) until it is softened (takes about 5-10 mins). Add in a 1.5 mugs of rice. Cover with boiling water and let it simmer for about 20 mins, or until it is done, stirring regularly. Note - you will probably need to add more water so it doesn't dry out.
When the rice is ready (no longer nutty) grate in loads of cheese then add in the spam and let it heat through. Chop in some parsley and eat!
