- 2 digestive biscuits
- 6 squares of white chocolate
- 2 pudding spoons of cream cheese
- Large handful of raspberries
Method
Crush the biscuits into a glass.
Melt the chocolate by putting it in a bowl in the microwave for about 30 secs and then stirring until it melts.
Spoon in the cream cheese and stir like mad. Chuck in the raspberries and stir it about.
Pop it on top of the biscuit base. Fridge it until ready. I had it in the fridge for about an hour so it doesn't need to be that long.
