- Sliced tinned peaches in syrup
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 tbs self raising flour
- 3 oz butter
- 1 egg
Method
Mix the egg, butter, flour and sugar together into a paste. Pop a few of the sliced peaches in 4 small ramekins (or two large ones like in the video) and cover with the mixture.
Cook until golden brown (about 15 mins at 180 degrees).
