- Mug of milk
- 50g white chocolate (30p stuff from Tesco)
- Scoop of baileys ice cream
Method
Heat milk up in microwave until hot - I suggest short sharp blasts because otherwise the milk can go a bit weird (sort of solidifies a bit). Break the chocolate up and put it in another mug. Pour the hot milk over the top. Stir with a teaspoon until melted. Add the scoop of ice cream. If it is too cold, blitz in microwave for about 15 seconds. Enjoy!
